What to include

Describe the behaviour, when it happened and the relevant Room or Yapp identifier. Include a redacted screenshot only when useful. Never share passwords or OTPs.

Account security

If you believe someone has accessed your account, reset your password using the app and contact Support. Do not share your recovery code with anyone.

Immediate danger

Yapp support is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can help.
